Do Sports Socks make your employees more productive?

Well, to be honest, it’s not that simple...
At first, you have to make your employees feel happy and less stressed. Financial incentives may increase their motivation, but does money really reduce stress?
We don’t think so and believe there is a much better way – sport. A study by the University of Bristol actually showed that exercising on work days made 72% of the participants improve on time management and 74% more able to manage their workload better.
Active employees are not only less stressed but also more productive!
There are long-term benefits of encouraging your employees to be active and have a good diet such as having fewer sick days and your employees generally having more energy. In addition to this, being active improves your mood which leads to a better atmosphere at the workplace, meaning no more grumpy co-workers!
So, what do our sports socks have to do with it? Simple - nobody wants to do exercise in uncomfortable clothes. There are people who exercise rarely or not at all. Most likely you won’t find any sportswear in their closets. Let’s try to change that with socks!

Of course, just handing out sports socks isn’t enough, but it’s a start. Most companies cannot afford on-site gyms, yoga rooms or showers. It may also seem bold to let your staff exercise during work, even if the lost time is balanced by improved productivity. However, by providing your employees with sports socks, it sends out a clear message:
You care about your employees' health and well-being!
