Active employees are not only less stressed but also more productive! There are long-term benefits of encouraging your employees to be active and have a good diet such as having fewer sick days and your employees generally having more energy. In addition to this, being active improves your mood which leads to a better atmosphere at the workplace, meaning no more grumpy co-workers!
